This fair is nothing like we've ever seen! The Coweta County Fair we all love seemed teeny tiny and measly. NOTHING like we've seen - here's a quick run down: GIANT parking area used for both the airport next door and the horse track inside the ground where the concert was located, "sky buckets" that could transport you from one end of the fair to the other (there were three different locations of these), fair divided into "areas" such as pirates, gypsies, circus (with elephant rides), children ride area, adult ride area, medieval area, and of course a barn with lots of animals, LOADS of food - bbq, corn dogs, roasted corn, fried anything and everything from snickers bars to white castles, beer, margaritas, and 9 buildings for SHOPPING! SHOPPING at the fair! What?! Then it got wilder when one of the buildings had a ice sculpture exhibit - you know, chainsaws with blocks of ice - like I said, nothing we've seen before! Here's a map (yes, they hand out maps before you enter the fair....) so you can see for yourself - and look at all of the sponsors:
Only in LA......
We walked around, ate some bbq, then headed to the concert. I lucked out with our seats and we had a great view and time! We'll take any country music we can find out here and would definitely see him again - fun time!

We had a great time but admittedly, not feeling so hot - let's say the "greasy" food helped.....without getting into full details, let's just say we re-learned the lessons of making sure you eat dinner and not to mix your "liquid dinner." UH. The best part was how Brandon put us to bed - he decided the option below was best in case we were to become ill...again...the both of us....
I love him but a cookie sheet - seriously....???
