Monkey Man!
We first experienced the monkey man outside of the Shanghai Brewery in the Former French Concession neighborhood of Shanghai on one of our pre-move trips. He stands out front of bars with a monkey on a leash hoping for a photograph (and money) or willing his monkey to jump on an unexpecting expat again waiting for money. When we saw this the first time we said, "that's why you get your rabies shots, folks!"
