We left on Sunday, arrived in Orlando around 8pm. Then started the world wind trip! I can't tell you what I was up to but I can show you some pictures:
All this space for little ol' ME????!
At the Disney Yacht Club.....
Love this!
HI!!!
Captain Mickey!
The Yacht Club lobby - they also had a fabulous restaurant, The Yachtsman where we ate the first night. LOVED that we only had to go downstairs to eat since we were so tired!
On Monday:
We worked at Disney's Hollywood Studios then ran an errand to the Magic Kingdom....
My first glimpse of the castle in years!!!
I totally had a little girl moment seeing it again :)
That night, we had dinner at Kouzzina - Iron Chef, Cat Cora's restaurant.
A mix of Southern and Mediterranean - yummy and interesting!
Dessert was fabulous!
On Tuesday:
Finished up some meetings at the studios....
Had lunch at Epcot!
Me with the ball! My team laughed at me telling me I was acting like a tourist - I told them I was allowed! Every now and then....
My genius mentor, Susan, painted these planets.
I HAD to take a picture of them :)
Then dinner at The Grand Floridian!
Prepare yourself for the images below - it was like stepping foot in the Southern Titanic
and I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!
Look at the scale of the chandeliers!! That's a band over to the left!
AMAZING!!!
And finishing the day with another amazing dessert!
Banana/Chocolate torte with vanilla bean ice cream - DELICIOUS :)
And for a night time treat - fireworks from my balcony:
On Wednesday:
Finished meetings at the studios then....
A quick trip over to the Animal Kingdom Resort and Park!!!
I'd never been here - exciting!!!!
Resort Lobby - BEAUTIFUL!!!
The Tree of Life - GORGEOUS!!!!
We left Animal Kingdom, jumped on our flight, and I was back in LA at 9pm.
I had a guy waiting for me with a sign and my name but was so tired I didn't get a picture.....always next time :) But very cool!
And just to top off the trip.....Brandon had cleaned the entire apartment and left this little message for me:
