Brandon drove cross-country with his new truck and "Rain," that's his Harley if you don't know....
He arrived at the hotel here in Cali on Wednesday March 24th and we moved out and into our new apartment on the 27th! Also his birthday, big day!
After signing the lease and looking at our new place, Bill (the apt manager) asked if we heard that bird that was calling. We said, "well, yeah, they are loud." He then told us that it was peacocks. Peacocks??!!
Apparently, we live only a couple of miles from the LA Arboretum so there are several peacocks that migrate around the neighborhood. Haven't been able to snap a picture of one....yet....and boy, can they be LOUD! Brandon has already seen one on top of the carports showing off its feathers!
