Since I am still battling my hand injury, B graciously (with a little bit of eye rolling) helped me. First, he HATES tomatoes. Second, hating tomatoes and having tomato juice run down your arm constantly isn't so fun......Third, not as easy as it seems and a little more time consuming but worth it, yummy!
First step: cut tomatoes in half and scoop out the 'inards.....

Second step: place on surface to prepare for stuffing.....
Third step: mix the filling - cream cheese and pesto!
Step four: stuff those tomatoes!
I used a zip lock bag and cut off the tip to "pipe" the filling into the tomatoes.....
Yummy! Like a bite size caprese salad!
And perfect for the holiday season!
And.....the aftermath......
Suggestions of what to do with this?
We just threw it away......
And of course I just had to name them for the potluck:
